Randal Kolo Muani (25) has made just two starts in all competitions this season, notching up a mere 416 minutes of playing time at Paris Saint-Germain.
His fate looks sealed. Just over one year after his €90m move from Eintracht Frankfurt, the France international does not look to have any future at PSG. L’Équipe reported earlier this month that the situation had reached a point of no return, reporting that the reigning Ligue 1 champions would be looking to offload Kolo Muani, perhaps for as little as €40m amid interest from the Premier League.
A move in January for the former FC Nantes forward, whose contract with Les Parisiens runs until 2028, cannot be ruled out, even if only on loan. However, whilst he finds himself out of favour at the Parc des Princes, Kolo Muani is intent of earning the trust of Luis Enrique, just as he has successfully done with Didier Deschamps.
“You have to keep the mental side. It is up to me to continue to work so that the manager trusts in me. I am keeping my head on my shoulders and I’m going to continue to work,” he said, before being directly asked whether he still has the hope of establishing himself at PSG: “I hope so,” he responded.
