PSG transfer news: Tenas set for Villarreal move in surprise deal?

Arnau Tenas, the 24-year-old Spanish goalkeeper who signed with Paris Saint-Germain until 2026 during the summer of 2023 after his contract with FC Barcelona ended, has so far had almost no playing time. He is therefore set to leave, most likely for Villarreal. Journalist Sacha Tavoliera has confirmed this trend, with a small surprise.

We remain cautious, as nothing is certain until it’s official. But this is about a loan, whereas the media had previously mentioned a transfer worth around 6 million euros. That would have been a bit more satisfying. However, a short contract extension followed by a loan is not unthinkable. So we’ll have to wait to see things more clearly.
