This was the weekend in which Liverpool's grip on the Premier League title held firm, the weekend in which Southampton all-but relegated themselves and the weekend in which Ruben Amorim called his squad "the worst Manchester United in history".
But our Premier League Player of the Weekend is ...

Enes Ünal, Alex Scott, Luis Sinisterra, Julián Arango, Marcos Senesi, Marcus Tavernier, Adam Smith and Evanilson.
A list there of some of the first-team players Bournemouth had do without for their trip to in-form Newcastle over the weekend.
It's no exaggeration to say that the Cherries headed to the north east on Saturday without nine genuine starters and were travelling to St James' Park facing arguably the best side in the Premier League over the festive and new year period.
Eddie Howe's side had won nine-straight games going into the weekend's fixture and had in their midst potentially the most lethal striker in all of Europe.
Alexander Isak was knocking on the door of a top-flight record as Bournemouth came to town, with the Sweden international having bagged in eight-straight games.
All this is to say then, that the odds were firmly stacked against Andoni Iraola's men.
If there were any sort of nerves before kick off though, they were swept away pretty quickly as Justin Kluivert netted the first of his three goals.
Finding space inside the area, the young Dutch forward fired in a low, first time effort, past Martin Dúbravka and into the far corner.
It was the perfect opener for the south coast club and put them on course for perhaps the best away win of any side in the Premier League this season.
Newcastle equalised soon after but despite the Magpies growing into the game, Bournemouth regained their lead on the stroke of half time.
Once again it was Kluivert with the goal - another smart finish from inside the area - and it took his tally at St James' Park to two, doubling his dad Patrick's total goal haul when he played for Newcastle in the early 2000s.
Patrick would have been even prouder of his son in added time however, as Justin netted his second hat-trick of the season with the best of the lot.
A rasping drive from 25 yards completely upended Dúbravka and took the wind out of Newcastle's previously blustery sails.
For the travelling Bournemouth fans, some of whom had started their journey at 2am that morning, it was the ultimate gift as they celebrated going seventh in the table.
For Kluivert meanwhile, it was all in a day's work for a striker who is quickly coming out of his dad's shadow.
