Napoli have begun preparations for the 2025-26 campaign, with new signing Kevin De Bruyne undergoing fitness tests alongside his teammates.

Belgian star De Bruyne has joined his Napoli teammates for his first day of pre-season at the Partenopei’s training ground in Castel Volturno.

Pictures published by Gazzetta dello Sport on social media showed a smiling KDB working in the gym alongside his teammates.

De Bruyne was joined by Ambrosino, Anguissa, Di Lorenzo, Gilmour, Juan Jesus, Lobotka, Lukaku, McTominay, Meret, Neres, Ngonge, Olivera, Politano, Raspadori, Rrahmani, Simeone, Spinazzola and Zanoli, as Napoli said in a statement.

De Bruyne and Luca Mariannucci are the only two new Napoli signings for now, but Noa Lang and Sam Beukema’ll soon join them.

Another group of players had already undergone medical tests on Monday, July 14.
