Al-Nassr are set to pay Chelsea a total package of around £48m for Joao Felix, with all parties optimistic a deal will get done according to Ben Jacobs.
Felix was thought to be closing in on a return to Benfica, and it was reported the Blues were in negotiations with the Portuguese club.
However, Saudi side Al-Nassr have now come in for Felix, and it appears the 25-year-old is going to be swapping London for Riyadh.
Felix only joined Chelsea last summer from Atletico Madrid in a deal worth £45m, but he spent the second half of last season on loan at AC Milan.
Milan opted against making the move permanent, and Felix now looks set to embark on the next chapter of his career in Saudi Arabia.

Felix is believed to have said yes to Al-Nassr’s proposal and negotiations are believed to be at the final stages between the clubs.
Chelsea have reportedly set their asking price at £43.3m for Felix, and Jacobs has now provided an update on the deal.
He took to X.com and said:
“The Al-Nassr package to Chelsea is around £48m and all parties optimistic the deal will get done.”
If the deal goes through Felix will be the fourth player to leave following Noni Madueke, Djordje Petrovic and Kepa Arrizabalaga.
With Felix on his way out, Chelsea are closing in on a deal for RB Leipzig attacking midfielder Xavi Simons, with the Blues said to be in advanced talks.
