Official | Milan’s Pierre Kalulu loaned out to Juventus

AC Milan centre-back Pierre Kalulu (24) has been loaned out to Serie A rivals Juventus FC, both clubs have announced. The 24-year-old only featured nine times for the Rossoneri last campaign with his season derailed by injuries. The Olympique Lyonnais academy graduate has played 112 games in total with the Lombardy giants he joined in 2020. Kalulu played a key part in Milan’s Serie A title-winning 2021-2022 season.

Kalulu joins Juventus as part of a €3m loan move with a €14m option to make his switch to the Allianz Stadium permanent. The versatile French centre-back will wear the #15 jersey with Thiago Motta’s side. Juventus were previously keen to sign France international Jean-Clair Todibo before West Ham United eventually secured the services of the former Barcelona player. Kalulu remains tied with Milan over a contract set to expire in 2027.
