Not long after their last victory, FC Barcelona are now set to play yet another match in La Liga. This time around, however, the Catalan giants will be facing off their opponents at home rather than at an away ground. Fortunately for Barcelona, this means that the support of the home supporters will be right there for them.

After dismantling Villarreal, Barça will now get the chance to face off against Getafe at the Montjuic Stadium. However, given the rotations that Hansi Flick made in the last game, it was expected that he could end up fielding a stronger lineup this time around.

Ultimately, that is exactly what the Barcelona coach has ended up doing. However, it must be remembered that this will be his first time this season lining up with a new goalkeeper due to the unfortunate injury to Marc-Andre Ter Stegen.

Here is the official lineup for FC Barcelona.

In goal, replacing Ter Stegen, will be Spanish goalkeeper and La Masia product Inaki Pena. While he may not be an exact replica of his injured captain, Pena knows what it means to play for Barcelona and he will be looking to help his teammates defend his goal in this game.

In the heart of the defensive line, Inigo Martinez is joined by Pau Cubarsi. Having started the previous game off the bench, it makes sense that the youngster gets the start this time around and the duo will be looking to disrupt any and all offensive threats from Getafe.

On their flanks, also with some rest, Alejandro Balde returns to the starting eleven while Jules Kounde starts on the right. The both of them will be looking to provide width both offensively and defensively in this game.

Over in the heart of the midfield, Eric Garcia will be joined by fellow Spaniard Marc Casado. Their dynamic partnership will be hoping to add quality to the team’s attack while also making sure they do their job in helping their defense keep Getafe at bay.

Up ahead in attack, the wide roles are given to Lamine Yamal and Raphinha. With Barça’s attack having been in excellent form this season, it makes sense that Hansi Flick would keep entrusting them to deliver in every game. In the middle, Pablo Torre remains in the starting eleven after an inspired performance against Villarreal.

Lastly, Robert Lewandowski continues to lead the charge for Barcelona up front in attack. Currently the leader in La Liga when it comes to goals scored, the Polish ace will be looking to add even more to his tally against the well-defined defensive structure of Getafe.
