Conrad Harder is close to joining Milan as the Rossoneri are determined to match Sporting CP’s €27m asking price, but Dusan Vlahovic is further away, especially after his goal for Juventus last night.

The latest report from Gazzetta dello Sport confirms the Football Italia exclusive from Sunday in which we reported that Milan were ready to match Sporting CP’s €27m asking price.

According to Gazzetta, there will be a new meeting between the striker’s agent and Milan directors today.

Igli Tare already met Massimiliano Allegri and Harder’s representatives on Sunday, the day after a shocking 2-1 loss against Cremonese in the first game of the 2025-26 Serie A season.

Milan had reached an agreement to sign Victor Boniface from Bayer Leverkusen, but the Nigeria international’s medical tests highlighted problems in his right knee, so Milan resumed talks with Harder.

Dusan Vlahovic remains Allegri’s priority target in attack, but the Serbia international scored a goal for Juventus in a 2-0 win over Parma last night, making his possible move to Milan in the final week of the summer transfer window even more difficult.

According to Gazzetta, the likes of Tolu Arokodare (Genk) and Nicolas Jackson (Chelsea) remain in the background for Milan as Harder is now the priority for the Serie A giants.
