MILANELLO: THE TEAM CONTINUE THEIR WORK | OneFootball

The squad were at Milanello this morning to train in preparation for the next league fixture that sees AC Milan face Genoa on Sunday 15 December at 20:45 CET at San Siro.

REPORT The group were straight out onto the pitch for muscular activation work using cones and obstacles before rondos in groups. With the warm-up over, training continued with a series of technical exercises focused on possession and then other exercises based on attack and defence, ahead of the usual training match on a reduced pitch that closed out the session.

SATURDAY 14 DECEMBER Training will be in the morning and Coach Fonseca will speak in a press conference at 14:15 CET, live on the AC Milan Official App and Milan TV.
