After a brief Christmas break, Chelsea are back in action today against Fulham.
The Blues dropped points in their last game, away at Everton, but this should be a different proposition.
While the Toffees did all they could to slow us down, Fulham should be more open, and at home we should see some goals to open the game up. In the press conference held on Christmas Eve, Whites manager Marco Silva raved about the job that Enzo Maresca has done as Chelsea manager, and pointed to a few things that his team would have to watch out for this afternoon.

“Very, very, very good. Very good,” the Portuguese responded when asked about the job Maresca had done as Blues boss.
“I think the impact is clear there. We all knew the individual quality they have, a football club that has spent money like we’ve never seen in a short period of time,” he pointed out, pretty fairly.
“That means that the quality for sure was there. All of us recognised last season the quality was there. In terms of young players, it’s not easy to find another club with so many good young players to perform at the level they have been.
“Of course, the impact of Enzo, and that situation has been big. Clear idea how to play, and players very confident to play that system, and have bought into the idea of the manager, and because that idea has been so strong they have been achieving results, playing well, being dominant most of the games, creating problems for the opposition almost every single game, and of course it is going to be another big challenge for us.”
