Manchester United’s Rasmus Hojlund yet to agree to Milan move | OneFootball

Serie A side Milan have been pursuing a move for Manchester United’s Rasmus Hojlund and while key progress is being made, the player is yet to agree to the transfer.

La Gazzetta dello Sport, via MilanNews, report that currently, the Rossoneri are waiting for the striker to approve a move before moving on to hold formals negotiations with Manchester United.

So far, the player is insistent on staying at Old Trafford despite the arrival of Benjamin Sesko and fight for his place. This stance from the Dane is in conflict to what Manchester United want, as they feel that he should depart this summer.

There is a draft agreement between the Red Devils and Milan about an initial loan deal with the option to buy, with the Rossoneri looking to appeal Hojlund to the San Siro by offering a starting place in the side.

Milan are looking to stay under the €40 million mark in the entire deal but Manchester United are currently to push for a higher amount and they can also create an auction to attract other suitors. As a result, Milan are relying Hojlund to agree to the move, so that they accelerate their approach.
