Manchester United face stiff competition from Serie A to sign Adrien Rabiot | OneFootball

Adrien Rabiot (29) will reach the end of his contract with Juventus at the end of the season and the experienced midfielder has already begun to court outside interest.

According to Sports Zone, the Bianconeri face competition from Serie A champions Inter Milan if they want to try and keep the Frenchman. He has reportedly received verbal proposals from both clubs, with Juventus keen to extend their contract, while Inter would like to sign him on a free contract.

Rabiot has previously been noncommittal about his future at the club, only suggesting that it is a decision that will take some thought, “I’ll need to think about it because I’m arriving at an important stage of my career.”

Outside of Italy, Manchester United are thought to have made inquiries this week with the player who they have long been linked with. The club have long been linked with a move for the midfielder with there seldom being a window where his name hasn’t been mentioned in conjunction with the former Premier League winners.
