Manchester City and Brighton have confirmed their starting lineups ahead of today’s Premier League fixture at the Amex Stadium. Pep Guardiola’s side will be looking to bounce back from last week’s disappointing 2-nil defeat to Tottenham. They’ll be facing a Brighton side that will be looking to pick up their first three points of this season. Fabian Hurzeler’s side has picked up one point from their first two games of this season. A tough test awaits Pep Guardiola’s side against an opponent who has given them issues in the past.

Manchester City will enter today’s match with several players ruled out due to injury. Savinho, Mateo Kovacic and Marcus Bettinelli are all out of today’s match. They’ll be joined on the sidelines by Rayan Cherki and Phil Foden. Cherki is out of today’s match due to a thigh injury, as reported by L’Equipe yesterday. Foden is out due to an unspecified injury.

It remains to be seen if Josko Gvardiol is available for today’s match. The Croatian international has missed Manchester City’s first two games this season due to injury. He was back in training last week as he bids to return to full fitness.

Here are the starting lineups for Manchester City’s final Premier League fixture before the international break. They’ll be hoping to pick up all three points today against a tricky opponent.
