Manchester United enjoyed a jubilant afternoon at Old Trafford, but it was marred but an injury scare as Bruno Fernandes was seen nursing a knock in the dugout.

The 30-year-old captained the Red Devils in their Premier League clash against Everton on Sunday. He started as an attacking midfielder in Ruben Amorim’s newly implemented 3-4-2-1 formation.
