Manchester City suffered two injury concerns in their win at Tottenham.

The defending Premier League champions are now only one victory away from retaining their title, and they face West Ham at the Etihad on the final day.

But there are concerns over Kevin De Bruyne and Ederson going into the weekend.

Both were taken off at Spurs and Pep Guardiola has provided an update on their status.

Kevin De Bruyne teed up the first goal before he was brought down by Pape Matar Sarr in the second-half.

While the Belgian continued, he was eventually replaced by Jeremy Doku.

"Kevin [De Bruyne] had a kick to the ankle and couldn't run properly,” confirmed Guardiola.

He did, however, ease injury concerns after the game.

Ederson

The goalkeeper was withdrawn in the second half after colliding with Cristian Romero.

Ederson briefly continued but was replaced by Stefan Ortega, who played a huge role in getting City over the line by saving from Heung-min Son when the Spurs forward was through on goal.

“Ederson did not have concussion, he had a problem with his eye,” said Guardiola.

Given that it was confirmed he did not suffer a concussion, which would have automatically ruled him out, he could well return for the next game.
