Liverpool trio could be on the move this summer

Now three weeks later, Liverpool's pre-season preparation are underway at all levels. The club's first team has played against Preston North End, meanwhile the U21s recently featured in a friendly against Celtic's U21 side.

In an 8-0 rout, there were plenty of players who caught the eye against Celtic, with Kaide Gordon and Owen Beck both scoring twice, the former also registered an assist and won a penalty.

Wellity Lucky is another name worth mentioning as he was one of the players who had been offered a contract and who did feature in this game, twice being involved in Liverpool goals from centre-back.

Three players on that retained however were absent and now face uncertain futures at the club.
