Leaked images of the special edition jersey set to be made use of by Barcelona in meetings with arch rivals Real Madrid this coming season have on Tuesday come to the fore online.

And they confirm Nike’s plans for a unique new look for Hansi Flick’s squad.

As things stand, a pair of El Clásico fixtures have been pencilled in for the 2025/26 campaign.

The first will come in the Spanish capital late in October, before Real Madrid make the trip to the Camp Nou next May.

And as alluded to above, when lining out in Spanish football’s biggest fixture, Barcelona will make use of a head-turning new kit.

As revealed by the reliable ‘Memorabilia1899’ on ‘X’:

‘The El Clásico jersey 25-26 is inspired by the legendary match on November 19, 2005, when Barcelona triumphed 0:3 at Santiago Bernabéu.’
