Lazio Team News, Injuries, Suspensions & Probable Lineup

Maurizio Sarri will once again have to cope without Alessio Romagnoli who is still serving a ban. Matias Vecino is expected to miss the contest as well, as he has yet to fully recover, while Gustav Iskasen is still lagging behind physically following his long bout with mononucleosis. Moreover, Patric and Samuel Gigot remain unavailable.

The Lazio boss is expected to introduce two changes to the lineup that lost in Como. Adam Marusic should replace Manuel Lazzari at the back, joining Mario Gila, Oliver Provstgaard and Nuno Tavares in the defensive line. Moreover, Nicolo Rovella will relegate Danilo Cataldi to the bench, playing in between Fisayo Dele-Bashiru and Matteo Guendouzi.

The attacking trident should remain intact, with Taty Castellanos flanked by Mattia Zaccagni and Matteo Cancellieri.

Lazio (4-3-3): Provedel; Marusic, Gila, Provstgaard, Nuno Tavares; Guendouzi, Rovella, Dele-Bashiru; Cancellieri, Castellanos, Zaccagni

Sadly for Paolo Zanetti, his team will miss the services of influential attacking midfielder Tomas Suslov for the next six months. Moreover, Nicolas Valentini, Gift Orban and Yellu Santiago are also out of action. Lorenzo Montipo will start in goal as usual, while the backline should consist of Unai Nunez, Victor Nelsson and Martin Frese.

Fallou Cham and Domagoj Bradaric are the favorites to start in the wingback slots, while club captain Suat Serdar should link up with Antoine Bernede and Cheikh Niasse in the middle of the park. Young Brazilian striker Giovane should lead the line alongside Amin Sarr.

Hellas Verona (3-5-2): Montipo; Nunez, Nelsson, Frese; Cham, Serdar, Bernede, Niasse, Bradaric; Sarr, Giovane
