When Lauren James is on it, England follow suit.
The Chelsea star has proved once again she is England's most integral player with a dominant display against the Netherlands on Wednesday evening.
Sarina Wiegman's side found themselves under a mountain of pressure following their defeat to France in the opening game, and they needed a win against the Dutch to keep their hopes of progressing out of the group alive.
Unsurprisingly, it was James who set the tone for England in the first half with an outstanding strike for the opening goal, before she added her second - and the Lionesses' third - in the second half.
She has now been directly involved in more goals than any other European player across the last two major tournaments.
England still have a job to do against Wales later this week, but a 4-0 thrashing of the Netherlands ensures they are not heading home just yet - and it was James at the heart of it all.
