Alphadjo Cissè is one of the most highly rated talents playing at the Primavera level, and a report has claimed that AC Milan have sent scouts to watch him.

According to L’Arena di Verona (via MilanNews), Cisse was already being followed with interest by Atalanta and Milan last season. Verona director Sogliano was ready to sell him, starting with a request of €5m that was considered excessive by both clubs given the player’s age.

However, Cissé certainly did not disappoint the Rossoneri scouts and any other observers who watched him. In the last season with the Gialloblu’s Primavera team, he scored 16 goals in 30 games, proving to be decisive for the team’s eventual survival.

Furthermore, he put the icing on the cake to his splendid season by making his Serie A debut in the last league game of the season against Inter. Now it remains to be seen if Milan will move to try and secure another gem for the future, and if Verona’s asking price will change.

It was claimed recently by Calciomercato.com that CEO Giorgio Furlani is personally leading talks to try and find a meeting point, however the price tag at the moment remains too steep to proceed.
