Lamine Yamal labels Barcelona teammate ‘the best in the world’ in his role | OneFootball

Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has taken to social media, to reveal his appreciation for the talents of teammate Jules Koundé.

Lamine and Koundé played their respective parts on Wednesday night, as Barcelona booked a spot in the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey at the expense of Real Betis.

En route to an eventual 5-1 triumph, the pair dazzled down the Blaugrana’s right, combining to devastating effect on a whole host of occasions.

Whilst such attacking excellence has become almost expected of Lamine at this point, the increased output of partner-in-crime Koundé in the final third has left many pleasantly surprised this term.

On Wednesday, the Frenchman found the net, and saw a 2nd goal ruled out for the most marginal of offside calls.

And, as alluded to above, one individual on whom such ongoing excellence has not been at all lost is Lamine Yamal.

Taking to the comments section of Koundé’s latest Instagram post, wide-man Lamine wrote:

‘I said it already. Best right-back in the world’
