Key Barcelona star informed that he is for sale at the right price | OneFootball

A member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has been informed that he is available for transfer this summer, at the right price.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who point towards Marc Casadó as the player in question.

Youngster Casadó is of course fresh off a breakout campaign in Catalunya’s capital in 2024/25.

Taking advantage of the early-season injury woes in Hansi Flick’s squad, the 21-year-old went on to play a leading role en route to the club’s domestic treble.

So impressive was his form at the base of Barcelona’s midfield, that Casadó was even integrated into the senior Spanish national team setup.

All of this taken into consideration, it may in turn come as something of a surprise to learn that the Camp Nou brass have opened the door to their academy product’s sale this summer.

As per a report from Sport, owing chifely to the overbooking in Hansi Flick’s engine room:

‘Barça were in favour a few months of improving his contract, but now things have changed and his entourage has been told that if a good proposal arrives for all parties, the club would facilitate an exit no matter how painful it may be.’

It is also noted that Casadó, for his part, has no intention of departing over the weeks ahead.
