According to a report from RMC Sport, Kevin Danso (26) is set to undergo a medical with Tottenham Hotspur ahead of signing a deal which will tie him to the North London club until 2030.
Tottenham look to have won the race for the former Reading and Milton Keynes academy product after agreeing a €25 million deal (including bonuses) with RC Lens for the centre-back.

Danso had been close to an exit from the north of France during the summer when Lens accepted an offer from AS Roma. However, he failed his medical with the Serie A side and has therefore spent the past six months with Les Sang et Or.
The circumstances behind his collapsed deal has done little to temper interest in the Austrian international. Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers had been heavily linked with the defender and were reportedly in pole position to sign him this morning on a six-month loan.
