After last summer's success in the edition held in the United States, the Juventus Women’s First Team beat Inter in Sunday’s final and won The 2025 Women's Cup in Milan. The victory came thanks to goals from Emma Stolen Godo and Michela Cambiaghi.
The first chance of the match came from Cristiana Girelli after 15 minutes. Her attempted overhead kick was deflected out for a corner.
Two minutes later, the Bianconere came close to scoring again, this time with Emma Kullberg's shot in the penalty area that hit the woodwork. Just when the first half seemed destined to end goalless, Emma Stolen Godo came up with a gem from outside the box as her precise finish found the far top corner.
The Nerazzurre began the second half by pushing hard for the equaliser. After an hour of play, it was Paulina Krumbiegel who came closest to scoring as she got on the end of a corner. The second half was well-balanced, and there were plenty of changes made by both coaches. Ten minutes from the end, Milena Milinkovic's header got Inter level, but a few minutes later, Cambiaghi put the Bianconere back ahead with a splendid turn and finish in the box. It was the goal that clinched Juventus a deserved victory and a second successive Women’s Cup.
