Juventus are entering a decisive phase of their transfer campaign, with priority moves across several positions hinging on outgoings and negotiation breakthroughs, according to Bianconera News, Tutto Juve, and Spazio J.
The club’s main headache remains the future of Dusan Vlahovic. As reported by Bianconera News and Tuttosport, the Serbian striker’s substantial wages and uncertain integration into Igor Tudor’s plans have created a logjam up front. Several Italian outlets suggest Juventus are open to both a sale and, in theory, even a contract termination with a payoff, though the latter would result in a heavy write-down for the club. AC Milan are among the clubs linked, but, for now, no firm offer has materialized, leaving Vlahovic’s status unresolved just as pre-season approaches.
The stalemate with Vlahovic directly impacts efforts to bring Randal Kolo Muani back to Turin. After his loan stint from PSG, the Frenchman is viewed as the preferred solution for the number nine role, but Juventus must first clear both budgetary space and a spot in the squad. The club is negotiating to renew the loan or establish more favorable terms with PSG, as reported by Corriere dello Sport and Tutto Juve. Until the Vlahovic situation is resolved, however, this front remains blocked.
While sorting out the central striker position, Juventus are pushing to add creative and midfield depth. The deal for Francisco Conceição is nearing completion, with Juventus’ latest offer approaching Porto’s requested fee. According to Tutto Juve, discussions revolve around a package of €22 million plus bonuses, with both sides closing the gap and optimism that an agreement could arrive soon. Conceição is especially valued by Tudor as a key fit for his attacking schemes.
In midfield, names like Granit Xhaka and Wilfred Ndidi continue to surface. Xhaka, in particular, has drawn strong debate among Juventus fans. Comments quoted by Tutto Juve suggest a split—some see the Swiss international as an essential addition, while others find his age and price unconvincing. The club is weighing the balance between experience, cost, and the need for tactical upgrades in the engine room.
Significantly, Juventus are also focused on player exits to unlock new arrivals. A cluster of names—including McKennie, Kostic, Douglas Luiz, and Nico Gonzalez—are deemed surplus. Weah could be among the first departures if advanced talks with Marseille are finalized.
On the renewal front, Juventus are making moves to secure their core talents, starting with Kenan Yildiz. Spazio J and Gazzetta report that the club consider the Turkish forward untouchable, working to extend his contract through 2030 despite interest from Bayern Munich and Barcelona. Yildiz is viewed as a central pillar of the Bianconeri’s long-term plans, with Juventus setting a valuation near €100 million and showing no intention to negotiate.
The market remains fluid, and Juventus’ summer will ultimately be defined by how effectively they manage these interdependent moves. Comolli and Tudor’s strategy targets at least six signings—two defenders, two midfielders, a winger, and a centre-forward—but executing this plan still requires decisive action on the outgoing front.
