Even though the Dutchman was hell-bent on going to Turin, the two sides had to negotiate for three months to reach an agreement on his valuation. He really had to force his way out. It probably won’t be the case for the attacker, but he doesn’t have a release clause, so his price tag will have to be haggled. A couple of Premier League powerhouses are keen.
