Barcelona president Joan Laporta has revealed the goal which summer signing Marcus Rashford has set himself for his time in Catalunya’s capital.
And the ambition will no doubt be widely approved on the part of the Barcelona faithful.
Frontman Rashford is for his part fresh off notching his first direct goal contribution in Blaugrana colours.
Introduced off the bench during his new side’s friendly meeting with FC Seoul on Thursday, the Englishman laid on a classy assist to round out the scoring in South Korea’s capital.
Rashford will no doubt be hopeful that this is a sign of things to come when it comes to his season-long loan spell with Hansi Flick’s squad.
This comes with the 27-year-old having laid out an altogether lofty goal for himself for the 2025/26 campaign.
Speaking whilst in attendance on Barcelona’s pre-season tour of Asia late this week, club president Joan Laporta confirmed:
“I spoke with Marcus Rashford, and he told me that he wants to win the Champions League with Barcelona and the next World Cup in North America with England.”
