Inter will certainly want to sort out a new deal for Simone Inzaghi in a timely manner.
However, at the moment there are other priorities. Clearly, the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain next weekend is the foremost item on Inter’s agenda.
Nevertheless, reports Tuttosport, Inter will want to tie down their coach on a new deal not long after that.
Therefore, the Nerazzurri will accelerate negotiations with Inzaghi right at the start of June.
Tuttosport suggest that it could be a two-year extension for Inzaghi until the end of June 2028 in the event of Inter winning the Champions League.
Otherwise, it could be another one-year extension, as Inter have always gone with.
Meanwhile, Tuttosport report, Inzaghi will expect certain guarantees regarding the transfer market if he is to commit his future to Inter.
