Marcus Thuram could partner Lautaro Martinez up front when Inter Milan welcome AS Monaco to the San Siro in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday night.

Looking to wrap up their top-eight finish, Inter Milan are expected to field a strong side against Les Monégasques. Thuram and Martinez are expected to start up top for the Serie A side, meaning that Marko Arnautovic and Mehdi Taremi will have to settle for places on the bench.

Hakan Calhanoglu is out of the game with an injury, as are Francesco Acerbi and Raffaele Di Gennaro. Joquin Correa, formerly of Olympique de Marseille, and Tomás Palacios are ineligible to take part in this Champions League encounter, the final one of the ‘League Phase’.
