Inter Milan Agree Contract Extension Until 2029 With Youth Team Breakout Star | OneFootball

Inter Milan have agreed a contract extension until the end of June 2029 with youth team midfielder Thomas Berenbruch.

Midfielder Thomas Berenbruch has been one of the players from Inter’s youth academy system who has really enjoyed significant growth in the last twelve months or so.

The 19-year-old has been one of the outstanding performers for Inter’s Under-19, or Primavera, team.

Therefore, there is a feeling that it is only a matter of time before Berenbruch makes the step-up into senior football.

At the moment, Thomas Berenbruch is under contract with Inter Milan until the end of June 2028.

However, Inter are keen to extend the teenage midfielder’s contract.

The Nerazzurri want to lock down Berenbruch’s future.

In the meantime, Serie B side Modena are reportedly ready to loan Berenburch for next season.

The 19-year-old has also been getting call-ups to Inter’s senior squad this season.

Yesterday evening, Berenbruch came on as a late substitute in the derby against AC Milan. He helped Inter to close out the Coppa Italia semifinal first leg clash.
