Cristhian Mosquera, a Valencia defender previously linked with Inter and Milan, is reportedly unwilling to sign a contract extension with the La Liga side to join Arsenal.
Spain U21 international Mosquera wants to leave Arsenal and is therefore reluctant to sign a contract extension with his club, Valencia. His current deal at the Estadio Mestalla runs out in June 2026.

Matteo Moretto claims that it’s ‘impossible’ that the 21-year-old will sign a contract extension with his current club.
Fabrizio Romano adds that Mosquera wants to join Arsenal and has already agreed on personal terms with the Gunners, who have seen an opening €14m bid rejected.

Less than a month ago, Inter were said to be strongly interested in Mosquera, while Milan were linked with a move for the Alicante-born centre-back in April.
It’s no coincidence that both Serie A giants have now been linked with another promising defender, Parma’s Giovanni Leoni, but the Ducali are unwilling to sell the 18-year-old unless they receive an offer exceeding €25m.
