Chelsea travel to Manchester City in a huge game on Saturday evening and former Blue Chris Sutton has given his prediction.
The Blues returned to winning ways with a 3-1 win against Wolves on Monday night as Stamford Bridge as they ended a five game winless run.
The three points saw Enzo Maresca’s men move back into the top four and two points ahead of Manchester City and Newcastle in the race for Champions League football.
Chelsea haven’t beaten City since the Champions League final in 2021 and have only scored once in their last five visits to the Blue side of Manchester, with that goal courtesy of Raheem Sterling in the 1-1 draw last season.
The Blues were handed a boost before the game with Levi Colwill and Enzo Fernandez both in training on Friday having missed the game against Wolves.
Chelsea will still be without Romeo Lavia and are light for depth in midfield with a lot of strain currently being put on Moises Caicedo.

City are coming into some good form despite losing 4-2 to Paris Saint Germain on Wednesday night, and a win would see them move above Chelsea.
Former Blue Sutton thinks anything could happen in this game, but stopped short of backing his former side to get the three points.
“This is a huge game in the race for the top four and it feels like anything could happen,” Sutton told BBC Sport.
“I definitely don’t see City keeping Chelsea out, but my gut feeling is still that they will win this.
“Sutton’s prediction: 2-1.”

Given Chelsea’s recent record at City it’s a fair prediction, but teams have shown City can be got at, and the Blues have the players in the likes of Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson who can cause Pep Guardiola’s side problems.
A win would be a huge confidence boost for the Blues, but defeat could see them drop down to sixth depending on other results.
