Inter Milan manager Cristian Chivu already has a vision for Ademola Lookman, even though Atalanta have yet to green-light the move.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInter1908, the 44-year-old will likely alter the formation to accommodate the Nigerian.
Despite waiting for Atalanta’s go-ahead, Inter are already making plans for Ademola Lookman.
Indeed, the 27-year-old has agreed to join the Nerazzurri, with Inter offering €40 million for his services.
Meanwhile, Ivan Juric’s men insist on their €50m asking price, but a compromise seems inevitable.

As already known, Cristian Chivu intends to change Inter’s formation.
Instead of Simone Inzaghi’s trademark 3-5-2, he prefers a slightly different set-up.
Therefore, Inter could line up in a 3-4-2-1 next season.
It would see Marcus Thuram drop behind Lautaro Martinez, who would then act as a lone striker.
Meanwhile, Lookman would slot next to the Frenchman and take his favorite position behind a center-forward.
Otherwise, Chivu may try out a 3-4-1-2.
In that case, the 27-year-old would be a ‘trequartista’ behind Lautaro and Thuram.
Perfectly capable of playing as a classic ’10,’ Lookman could thrive in the central role.
