Premier League side Fulham have approached Roma to sign Zeki Celik.
According to an update on X by Fabrizio Romano, Serie A outfits Roma have been contacted by Fulham to sign Zeki Celik on loan with an obligation to buy clause. Details of the proposed deal are yet to be disclosed but The Cottagers made this move to secure a talented and dynamic right-back for their squad.
The Giallorossi are set to respond to Fulham’s offer in the next few hours as the decision rests entirely on head coach Claudio Ranieri and sporting director Florent Ghisolfi would support his call.
If Roma agree to the bid, it could be end of Celik’s journey with the Italian capital side as there are high chances of Fulham triggering the buyout clause at the end of the loan period.
The Turkish right-back has featured in 27 Roma matches across all competitions this season, registering one assist.
