Friedkins personally involved in talks for Jadon Sancho

Roma owners Dan and Ryan Friedkin are reportedly playing a key role in the negotiations for Jadon Sancho.

After the Englishman’s initial hesitation to consider Roma’s proposal, the Friedkins are said to have stepped in and personally contacted the player’s entourage.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, the American owners of the capital club are determined to bring Sancho to Gian Piero Gasperini’s orders as the Italian coach considers him to be the ideal piece to further strengthen the squad.

The offer for Sancho is around €23 million, and has already been accepted by Manchester United.

The deal didn’t stall due to the agent’s fees, but simply due to the player’s desire to choose the best destination for his career. A response to the contract proposal is awaited in Rome.
