If Tottenham's recent Premier League victories have given fans hope, the potential departure of Daniel Levy is an even greater source of optimism.

However, this may not happen anytime soon, as reports suggest Levy has no plans to step aside.

The Tottenham chairman has been at the centre of controversy ever since Spurs supporters began protesting, expressing their frustration and desire for a change in management.

As a result, public opinion has been overwhelmingly in favour of his departure.

Commenting on the matter, former Tottenham manager Glenn Hoddle has shared his thoughts.

Speaking to Football London, Hoddle stated: "I don’t think it’s a scenario to get Daniel Levy out at the moment.

"What I would say is that the problem with building a stadium, which is a magnificent stadium, to get the training ground built which any player in the world would want to be in that environment, now there's two aspects to it," the former Spurs boss continued.

"The emphasis for me has got to be, 100 per cent, 110 per cent, the squad. Build a squad that justifies the stadium," Hoddle argued.

"That stadium deserves to have a wonderful team for Tottenham's future, winning trophies. Fans would be happy. What a great environment to go and watch a football game with the atmosphere. That's the vision that the club should have."

Fans remain unhappy with the club’s management

It had previously been speculated that Daniel Levy was willing to take a step back and relinquish control of Tottenham if it was in the club’s best interest, but these rumours appear to have been nothing more than false reports.

There have also been claims that Qatari investors are keen on taking an influential role within the club, which many interpreted as a sign that Levy would be replaced.

However, for now, this remains mere speculation, and it seems unlikely that he will be leaving his position.

What is certain is that supporters are running out of patience with the chairman, making their frustrations clear through protests and chants at matches.

Although recent victories have brought a degree of calm, the underlying discontent remains.

If Levy truly wants to enact change, he must improve the club’s transfer market strategy by targeting high-profile players, acknowledge the fans' concerns, and be open to the necessary adjustments the club requires.
