Reports in Italy claim Paulo Fonseca has told Theo Hernandez to ‘focus on Milan only’ while preparing for other individual meetings with Davide Calabria and Fikayo Tomori.

Tension is running high at Milan as Fonseca blamed the team’s poor attitude despite a 2-1 win over FK Crvena Zvezda on Wednesday.

Fonseca is believed to be particularly unhappy with Calabria, Tomori, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, and Theo. Gazzetta said the Portuguese coach met with the French star one-on-one on Thursday.

According to the report, Fonseca showed Theo some of his defensive mistakes this season and insisted the defender must ‘isolate himself’ and ‘focus on Milan only.’

Theo reportedly admitted that he hasn’t been at the best of his form lately, and according to Gazzetta, the French left-back could start on the bench in the next Serie A match against Genoa on Sunday.

The Frenchman is not the only player letting Fonseca down.

Captain Calabria refused to shake hands with the Portuguese after being subbed off on Wednesday, but according to Gazzetta, the Italian defender was unhappy with his recent poor form.

Tomori received a yellow card for dissent while warming up on the touchline and will be suspended for the next Champions League game.

The Englishman lost his starting spot in October when he gave the ball to Tammy Abraham rather than Christian Pulisic for a penalty kick against Fiorentina. Abraham missed the second Milan penalty of the night, contributing to a 2-1 loss in Florence.
