The Englishman then joined in on the action seven minutes later as Bayern went up 2-0.
Serge Gnabry picked off a poor pass in the box, and a lurking Kane picked it up at the top of the box, where he made no mistake.
Musiala later turned home a third, which went down as an own-goal for 3-0 after only 12 minutes.
This could be a long night for the hosts.
