Everton have confirmed that they will withdraw their appeal to the Premier League over the club's two-point deduction in April.
The Toffees were given the deduction last month having failed to adhere to the league's Profit and Sustainability rules.
Following the decision the Merseyside outfit revealed they would try and appeal the decision with an Independent Commission looking at the case.
But Sean Dyche's side have now released a statement saying they will withdraw said appeal with the two-point penalty remaining in place.
It was confirmed last week that Nottingham Forest's own appeal for their four-point penalty deduction had been rejected by an Independent Commission.
