English attacker Jack Grealish is enjoying his loan spell at Everton, and he helped the Toffees to a 3-2 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers today by providing two assists.

The 29-year-old Manchester City ace moved to the Hill Dickinson Stadium club in a temporary deal earlier this month, and he has hit the ground running since joining Everton.

Grealish grabbed two assists in front of the Toffees supporters in their first Premier League game at their new home ground against Brighton & Hove Albion last weekend.

He continued from where he stopped today, helping Everton pick up valuable three points on the road, and his Man City teammate Erling Braut Haaland and Premier League legend Ian Wright were impressed.

They took to the comment section on his latest Instagram post to react to his performance today.

Grealish has four league assists in three league games for Everton, a decent return given that he provided just two league assists in his last two seasons at Man City.

Toffees manager David Moyes has made a very smart move to recruit the services of the former Aston Villa player for the campaign, and the board could be preparing to break the bank to secure him permanently next summer.

Everton return to action after the international break when they host Villa on September 13, and Grealish will be looking forward to continuing his fine form against his old club.

He was not named in the latest England squad by manager Thomas Tuchel, but it will be hard to ignore him going forward if he keeps playing like this.

Grealish will be starting for the Three Lions at the World Cup next year if he maintains his current form all through 2025-26, and joining Everton on loan could prove to be one of the best decisions of his career.

Qualifying for Europe could boost their chances of luring him to Merseyside next summer, and the Toffees would need to further bolster their squad to finish in the top seven.

Tyler Dibling, Tom King, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Charly Alcaraz, Thierno Barry, Mark Travers and Adam Aznou have also joined Everton, and one or two more quality additions before Monday’s deadline would come in handy.
