Enzo Le Fee to replace departing Houssem Aouar at Roma | OneFootball

Roma are looking for more depth in the midfield and have been linked with Enzo Le Fee of Rennes.

The capital club want to provide Daniele De Rossi with a stronger roster and more reliable options in the midfield.

As a result, Roma have identified Enzo Le Fee as a priority signing for the midfield.

The Frenchman will bring quality and experience despite being only 24 years old.

Le Fee’s collaboration with Roma director Florent Ghisolfi in their days at Lorient together prompted the executive to pursue him as Rennes appear to be open to Le Fee’s departure.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Le Fee would join Roma as Houssem Aouar’s replacement.

The Algerian midfielder has been linked with an exit from the club after struggling to convince De Rossi in his first season in the Italian capital.

With Aouar gone – possibly to Qatar or Saudi – Roma would secure Le Fee as his direct replacement.
