Unlike Alexander Isak, who Newcastle will be reluctant to sell, there's a forward playing in France who is pretty much tailor-made for Slot's style of play and who could be available for a bargain price.
We're talking about Georges Mikautadze. The Georgian attacker reminds us of Diogo Jota in his prime. He's quick and he latches onto chances brilliantly.
Last year he stepped up for Georgia scoring three times in four matches to end-up as the joint-top scorer in the tournament.
Mikautadze has followed that up with a solid campaign for Lyon, where he made 28 goal contributions in 47 matches.
Those numbers make him an ideal target. Mikautadze can be very clinical in front of goal and he's versatile - he can play across the front three, which is exactly the type of forward Liverpool are looking for at the moment.
