Multiple outlets are reporting that Milan and Leeds United have reached a full agreement over the sale of Switzerland international Noah Okafor, who is set to join the newly-promoted Premier League side on a permanent basis.
According to reports from the likes of Gianluca Di Marzio and Sky Sport Italia, Leeds have agreed to pay Milan a fee of €21m including bonuses.
Reports on Monday indicated that Leeds had already had an agreement in place with the forward himself, but had been lacking a full agreement with Milan until now.

This sale represents a minor profit for the Rossoneri, who brought Okafor in from RB Salzburg at a cost of €15m including bonuses two summers ago.
Since then, the 25-year-old has struggled to nail down a starting spot in the Rossoneri line-up. He went on to make 28 appearances in Serie A during his first season, 22 of which came off the bench, scoring six goals and providing two assists in the process.
The 2024-25 campaign saw Okafor loaned out to eventual Serie A champions Napoli for the second half of the campaign due to a lack of opportunities back in San Siro.
Leeds and Milan are now reportedly exchanging the final documents of Okafor’s transfer.
