A member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid may well have confirmed his imminent exit from the club, on the back of their latest outing.

The player in question? Dani Ceballos.

Real Madrid were of course back in action on Sunday evening, locking horns with newly-promoted Real Oviedo in a league clash.

When all was said and done, Xabi Alonso’s troops emerged dominant victors, by three goals to nil.

The aforementioned Dani Ceballos was for his part introduced to proceedings off the bench during the 2nd-half, his 2nd substitute appearance to open the new campaign.

As alluded to above, though, post-match, the former Arsenal man dropped what has since been widely interpreted as a hint at an incoming departure from Spain’s capital.

Amid ongoing speculation linking him with a move to Real Betis ahead of the transfer deadline, Ceballos took to his official Instagram account, to write:
