Nicolas Kuhn has been linked with RB Leipzig over that last week or so, but if a return to the Bundesliga is not his bag, then perhaps Cesc Fabregas and Como will be as appealing to Nicolas, as it was to Alex Valle in January?
Gianluca Di Marzio, with 1.9M followers on X, Sky Sports international reporter, football transfers expert reports via GianlucaDiMarzio.com – Como, negotiations with Celtic for Nicolas Kuhn: the situation – claiming Como are already in negotiations with Nicolas Kuhn, and we can only hope they value our winger a bit higher than Leipzig’s £15m valuation.

‘Como is in talks with Celtic for Nicolas Kuhn, a German attacking winger born in 2000. Como does not stop. After making Baturina official and following several players with the aim of reinforcing the squad available to Fabregas, the Lombards are now on Nicolas Kuhn of Celtic.
‘There is a negotiation started with the Scottish club for the attacking winger born in 2000, who this year has scored 21 goals and 15 assists in 51 appearances, showing off especially in the Champions League. The team coached by Fabregas, therefore, is also trying for him and wants to get serious.’

As Como continue to make ambitious moves in the transfer market under the guidance of Cesc Fabregas, their interest in Nicolas Kuhn signals a clear intent to build a squad capable of making an impact in Serie A.
Kuhn, has been pivotal for Celtic over he last 12 months with a return of 21 goals and 15 assists in 51 appearances this season and has clearly caught the eye, not only for his domestic performances but also his exploits in the Champions League.
While RB Leipzig’s £15 million valuation sets a worrying benchmark, Como’s pursuit may prove more appealing to Kuhn on a personal level, especially with the growing reputation of Fabregas’ project and the recent success stories, like that of Alex Valle.

For Celtic, any potential departure would need to be carefully weighed, given Kuhn’s integral role in Brendan Rodgers’ team, and whether the club feels he may fall under the wantaway status we saw with some players during the season that shall not be discussed.
However, should the valuation meet or exceed Leipzig’s, and the player express a desire to move, the Celtic may see it as a timely opportunity to re-invest.
Whether Kuhn lines up with or against Como in the upcoming friendly, this transfer saga underscores just how much his stock and Como’s stock has risen — and how far Como are willing to go to secure their next level football talent.

Ideally, we’d all want Nicolas Kuhn to stay at Celtic, but it certainly seems our German winger may be Celtic’s big sale, like Matt O’Riley last season. It’s now down to Celtic to ensure they get the best price possible and reinvest the money in Brendan Rodgers summer transfer fund.
