News about mercato movements is beginning to become more frequent, and today, information has emerged about one of AC Milan’s targets for the striker position.

Even though Milan added three strikers in the summer (Alvaro Morata, Tammy Abraham and technically, Luka Jovic), there is still a feeling that the No.9 position needs reinforcements, and this is strengthened by Paulo Fonseca’s usage of Francesco Camarda.

Whilst four strikers are at the club, there are questions for each. How long the Rossoneri can rely on Morata is unknown. In addition to this, Abraham is a loan deal and he is still not showing signs of his former self consistently enough, causing the management to make other considerations.

Jovic is seemingly on the way out of the door, and a January exit is hoped for with Galatasaray showing interest, that leaves Camarda, but there can be no rushing his progression.

A four-striker department, yes. However, is it really a solid department? Probably not.

For this reason, the Diavolo are keeping an eye on the market, specifically Ange-Yoan Bonny, who, according to Calciomercato.com, is still on the club’s list of targets. The French forward has five contributions in 12 games in his debut season in Serie A and he has a lot of potential to improve further.

However, it seems the club have been overtaken by Napoli and Juventus, both of whom are looking at the striker who is valued at more than €20 million by Parma. The Old Lady may even consider a mover in January, given they have ‘more urgency’, though Napoli want to ‘get serious’, so they may be forced to move.
