Find out who the Scout is championing in Gameweek 20 of Fantasy Premier League as City host West Ham.
Pep Guardiola’s side welcome the Hammers to the Etihad Stadium on Saturday 4 January, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00 (UK).
It represents the second time we will have faced Julen Lopetegui’s side this term following our 3-1 victory in August’s return fixture at the London stadium.
On that occasion, an Erling Haaland hat-trick helped us to three points in the capital.
But we’ll have to be at our best to record a similar result this weekend against a West Ham team who have pulled away from the relegation scrap having lost just one of their last five matches.
To find out who the Scout is backing to collect vital FPL points this weekend ahead of Saturday 4 January’s 11:00 (UK) deadline, read the latest report below…
Savinho’s (£6.4m) inspired display in Gameweek 19 has put him firmly on the radar of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers ahead of Gameweek 20.
In his previous two starts, the skilful Brazilian's underlying stats suggested returns were incoming with expected goal involvements (xGI) of 0.33 and 0.56.
In Gameweek 19, his xGI of 0.66 was bettered only by Erling Haaland (£14.8m) as he recorded a goal and an assist. His14-points was the third-highest FPL score of any player in Gameweek 19.
This season Savinho ranks third at City for attacking returns (five), goal attempts (26) and big chances created (six).
Against a West Ham side who conceded five in Gameweek 19, the Brazilian can could be a smart purchase.
With Jarrod Bowen (£7.5m) out, West Ham’s greatest threat is Mohammed Kudus (£6.2m), who scored in Gameweek 17 and hit the woodwork twice against Liverpool on Sunday.
Elsewhere, Newcastle's Jacob Murphy (£5.1m) and Nottingham Forest's Morgan Gibbs-White (£6.3m) are a low owned assets who can deliver returns in Gameweek 20.
Over the last five Gameweeks, Murphy has produced three goals and four assists, ranks fifth among midfielders for big chances.
Meanwhile, over the last five gameweeks, Gibbs-White (£6.3m) has produced two goals and three assists.
