Chelsea will be without defenders Thiago Silva and Axel Disasi against Tottenham on Thursday night.
Disasi misses out for unspecified reasons, while Silva suffered a groin injury in the 2-2 draw at Aston Villa.
The Brazilian announced on Monday that he will leave Chelsea in the summer, and the 39-year-old has potentially played his last final game for the club, with just fives games remaining in the season.
Levi Colwill and Christopher Nkunku are back in full training, but the London derby against Spurs at Stamford Bridge will likely come too soon.
Reece James, Malo Gusto, Enzo Fernandez, Lesley Ugochukwu, Ben Chilwell, Romeo Lavia, Robert Sanchez, and Wesley Fofana are all still out injured.
Mauricio Pochettino has limited options and only nine senior outfield players to choose from.
It means Alfie Gilchrist will step up and replace the injured Silva in a back four, featuring Trevoh Chalobah, Benoit Badiashile and Marc Cucurella. Djordje Petrovic will continue as the goalkeeper.
Chelsea's only available midfield duo, Moises Caicedo and Conor Gallagher, will play as a double pivot.
They are set to start behind an attacking front four of Noni Madueke, Cole Palmer, Mykhailo Mudryk, and Nicolas Jackson.
Chelsea performed impressively in the second half at Villa Park and will hope to boost their chances of qualifying for Europe with a similar performance, but this time over the full 90 minutes.
Cesare Casadei will likely be the most experienced of those named on the bench, and he is in his first senior professional season.
Predicted Chelsea XI (4-2-3-1): Petrovic; Gilchrist, Chalobah, Badiashile, Cucurella; Caicedo, Gallagher; Madueke, Palmer, Mudryk; Jackson
Injuries: Silva, Colwill, Disasi, James, Nkunku, Sanchez, Ugochukwu, Fernandez, Chukwuemeka, Sterling, Chilwell, Gusto, Fofana, Lavia
