After growing up playing football, Crook made the move to coaching, eventually completing a coaching degree at university.
He now balances his time with Brentford Women with his passion for content creation.
“My weekly schedule changes every week. On Monday we had a photoshoot for our new social media channel S-he’s a Keeper which was really fun,” he said.
“Tuesday we went to a premiere, A Complete Unknown, which was brilliant. It’s always weird and surreal walking on the red carpet and seeing things like Timothée Chalamet next to you getting interviewed.
“Wednesday [I was] here at Bedfont for our training and back again on Friday in preparation for the game on Sunday.
“In between that, I did my one-to-one coaching.”
Football has always been a part of Crook’s life, with the now 22-year-old previously making his way through the ranks as a junior player.
When the opportunity to make the move to coaching came around, he jumped at the chance to call Brentford home.
“I’ve always been playing football ever since I was young. I made it to academy level and then halfway between my academy journey, there was a job opening up to become the goalkeeper coach here at Brentford.
“I thought, 'I know a little bit about goalkeeping, I can come down here and help the girls out', and four years later, I’m still here.”

Crook has helped lead this season’s goalkeepers to a superb campaign, Evie Witek, Sophie Boycott, Freya Walker and Layla-Belle Duman each playing their part in conceding just 23 goals in as many games across all competitions.
The first team are in action on Sunday as they travel to Meadowbank Football Ground to face Ashmount Leigh in London South East Division One North action (3.30pm kick-off GMT).
