The Blues announced the news via a post on their official club website earlier today.
Agg joined Birmingham City on a free transfer from former Barclays WSL2 club London City Lionesses in summer 2023. The player has gone on to make 37 appearances for Blues in all competitions in which she has scored nine goals. Agg has made a significant contribution towards Birmingham City’s continued push to return to the Barclays Women’s Super League.
It is fair to say that Agg’s Barclays WSL2 experience is really important to Birmingham City and the club have therefore moved to retain the player’s services for 2025/2026.
After signing on again with Blues, Agg said “A massive thank you because throughout being injured, the fans have been amazing.
“The amount of direct messages I’ve had from fans saying how much they miss me out there and can’t wait to see me back – they’re the sort of messages that keep me going.”
Agg’s 2024/2025 season was prematurely ended by an Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury that she sustained after the winter break. The player could return to fitness in the first half of this season.
